The energy supply is provided by a wood chip heating system with a wood chip silo of approximately 35 meters. Additionally, a thermal solar system for hot water generation is installed. For rainwater utilization, a cistern with a capacity of around 60,000 liters is available. Other technical systems such as air heating and air conditioning, as well as a chimney on the top floor, are prepared but not yet fully implemented.

The garden area is partially walled and fenced with wrought-iron railings. A gatehouse separates the access between the main and annex areas. The annual property tax is just over 700 euros, and the secondary residence tax is around 926 euros.
