In 45 minutes on foot, you can reach the legendary Monte Verità and walk to the Piazza of Ascona.
The holiday home, located on the edge of the village and facing southeast, was built around 1963 on plot No. 1610 and offers a living and dining room with a fireplace and access to the partially covered seating area, two rooms with built-in closets, a kitchen, and a bathroom/WC, spread over approximately 70 m² of living space. In the basement, there is a laundry room and a cellar, and the property is heated with electric direct heating.
