The house, built in 1962, was renovated and rebuilt in 2011. Recently, interior and exterior painting work has been carried out. It has three levels, distributed as follows:

Basement:

Garage for 2 vehicles and an outdoor parking space. A hallway leads to an elevator that connects the lower area of the villa to the ground floor.
