The project involves the construction of a new multi-family residential building on plot 538 RFD in Bellinzona-Giubiasco.

The plot is characterized by an existing residential building on the north side of the plot. The new building will be constructed in the southern section of the plot, utilizing the remaining building indices of the plot and plot No. 2565 RFD (which belongs to the same owner). The indices will be transferred from one plot to the other through an official transfer.
