Poggio alla Fame is located in a dominant position with respect to the village of San Dalmazio and near the "Madonna della Casa" Church. The name comes from the habit of the friars to come to this house to meditate by subjecting themselves to fasting.
The house, situated a short distance from the village, develops on two floors. A bright and spacious living room obtained from the old stable occupies the ground floor. Here the characteristic mangers with their drinking troughs are still visible.
A large kitchen with a working fireplace and three comfortable bedrooms constitute the raised floor. On each floor, there is a bathroom with a shower.
From the kitchen, it is possible to access the stone veranda with a panoramic view of the Rocca di Sillano, while from the back, you can access the shaded part of the garden where you can admire the panoramic view of the valley.
In the large garden (1000 sqm) with a pool, there is a pool and some olive trees.
