Dans notre colocation de 4 personnes, une chambre se libère au 1er janvier 2027.
La colocation est très centrale : la gare est à environ 5 minutes à pied, et l'Université Miséricorde et Pérolles sont accessibles en 10 minutes à pied. De plus, un centre commercial avec une grande Migros et un Denner se trouve juste en face de la rue.
L'appartement dispose d'une entrée spacieuse, d'une cuisine commune équipée d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un joli petit balcon parfait pour se détendre !
Il y a aussi la possibilités de faire des machines et une petite cave pour entreposer des affaires si besoin.
La chambre fait environ 12m², le loyer est de 470 CHF, charges et internet inclus. Il y a également une caution de 1185 frs à verser au début avant le premier loyer que tu récupéreras lorsque que tu quitteras la colocation.
Tes futures colocataires sont Clara (étudiante en musique), Julie (étudiante en psychologie) et Pauline (étudiante en géographie).
Dans la coloc on parle surtout français, parfois allemand et anglais.
Il y a deux salles de bains. Tu partageras la tienne avec Clara et Julie.
Nous recherchons plutôt un ou une étudiante, de préférence âgé-e entre 18 et 25 ans.
Les visites sont bien sûr possibles sur rendez-vous et peuvent également se faire en ligne si tu le souhaites.

Die WG ist sehr zentral: Der Bahnhof ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und die Universität Miséricorde und Perolles sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum mit einer großen Migros und einem Denner direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen geräumigen Eingang, eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Geschirrspüler und einen gemütlichen Balkon, perfekt zum Entspannen!
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen, und ein kleiner Keller, um Sachen aufzubewahren, falls nötig.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 12m² groß, die Miete beträgt 470 CHF, Nebenkosten und Internet inklusive. Es gibt außerdem eine Kaution von 1185 CHF, die am Anfang vor der ersten Miete zu zahlen ist und die du zurückbekommst, wenn du die WG verlässt.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Clara (Musikstudentin), Julie (Psychologiestudentin), Pauline (Geographiestudentin).
In der WG sprechen wir manchmal Französisch, Deutsch und Englisch.
Es gibt zwei Badezimmer. Du wirst dein Badezimmer mit Clara und Julie teilen.
Wir suchen eher einen Studenten oder eine Studentin.

In our 4-person shared apartment, a room becomes available on January 1, 2027.
The shared apartment is very central: the train station is about 5 minutes on foot, and the University Miséricorde and Perolles are reachable in 10 minutes on foot. In addition, a shopping center with a large Migros and a Denner is located just across the street.
The apartment has a spacious entrance, a shared kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy balcony perfect for relaxing!
There is also the possibility to do laundry and a small cellar to store things if needed.
The room is about 12m², the rent is 470 CHF, charges and internet included. There is also a deposit of 1185 CHF to be paid at the beginning before the first rent that you will get back when you leave the shared apartment.
Your future roommates are Clara (music student), Julie (psychology student), Pauline (geography student).
In the shared apartment we speak French, German and English sometimes.
There are two bathrooms. You will share yours with Clara and Julie.
We are looking rather for a student between 18 and 25 years (male or female).
