We are looking for a roommate from January 1, 2027.
The room:
The room is approximately 10.8 m² in size, has a large window, and will be available for occupancy from November 1, 2026. The apartment is very centrally located, and with three different bus lines, you can reach Winterthur train station in 5 minutes. The rent is 530 francs, including utilities (we pay for electricity and WLAN separately).
About us:
We are a relatively new shared apartment that took over the apartment from a dissolved shared apartment.
Jonas is 23 years old and studies business administration with a specialization in banking and finance at the ZHAW, and works part-time in auditing.
Nadine is 19 years old and studies occupational therapy at the ZHAW.
It's important to us that it's not just a functional shared apartment. At the same time, we're both very busy, which means you'll often have the apartment to yourself.
We think it's nice if we can sit together in the evening from time to time or have dinner together and still have our own retreat. If you can imagine such a shared apartment life, you should definitely get in touch with us with a few words about yourself.
