We offer two rooms for rent in our spacious apartment. The rooms can be rented individually or together.

What to expect:
The kitchen, as well as the spacious living and dining area with approximately 22 m², are shared. The balcony is also available to all. The living room has a large TV with a TV box that can be used jointly.
The bathroom on the lower floor has a shower and two sinks. There is also a separate toilet. Depending on the rental, it will be used alone or jointly.
What we are looking for:
A reliable, independent, and self-sufficient person who is uncomplicated, considerate, and values respectful cohabitation.
Our household now also includes a dog, so animal friendliness is a must.
Since our previous subtenant has developed a dog hair allergy, we are looking for a suitable person for our living space again.
Location
The apartment is located in a quiet and natural area. Shopping facilities and the train station are within walking distance. Forest and fields are just a few minutes away and invite you to take walks and spend time in the green.
Important: A parking space is not available and must be organized independently if needed.
