Description

I am leaving my wonderful apartment with breathtaking views in picturesque Lavaux (Chexbres). The apartment is 3 rooms (more precisely, 3.5 rooms) and the rent is 1800 CHF. The apartment is fixed at old price so in my experience this is the best deal on the market. I have been living in Switzerland for 10 years and in Lavaux for 4 years, and this was my best experience and best price for what I've seen. Apartment is available now, or upon mutual agreement.

The only reason I am leaving the apartment is that I've got a job in the US and have to move there asap.

The apartment is close to public transport (train station 2 minutes walking) and all the facilities around. The utilities are included in rent (apart from electricity and internet), and there is a parking spot outside assigned to this apartment. I would describe it as a paradise and a best fit for work/life ballance.
