"Shared room"

The room is approximately 9 m² in size and is the smallest of the three rooms. It is bright, has a window, and a sloping ceiling. The room is rented unfurnished, but individual pieces of furniture can be taken over if desired. Additionally, there is the possibility of setting up an extra closet in the entrance area or living room, so that more space remains in the room.

Our apartment is located on the top floor of a multi-family house in a quiet environment with little traffic. It is bright and consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a small kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. We also have a small balcony that can be accessed from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms.

The advertised room is currently still used as a living room. Since we are changing the room layout, we are setting up one of the previous bedrooms as a new living room. A cozy community room with a sofa and dining table is planned.

Additional storage space is available in the attic and basement. The washing machine and dryer are shared with the other house residents. There is a bike cellar and parking spaces in front of the house for bicycles. The train station can be reached by tram in about 15 minutes and by bike in about 10 minutes.

We are looking for an open, uncomplicated person who fits in well with us and enjoys communal living. We don't want a purely functional shared apartment, but at the same time, it's important to us that everyone has enough free space. Open communication, mutual consideration, and a certain sense of cleanliness and order are important to us. You should also be a non-smoker.

We are Simeon and Nina, and we live together with Joel, who unfortunately is leaving our shared apartment. Simeon (30) works as a social pedagogue, likes to talk, and is often out with friends in his free time. Nina (25) has just completed her master's degree in sports science and is also often active in sports in her free time. Besides that, she likes to cook and bake or read books.

Our shared apartment life is pretty uncomplicated. When we're at home at the same time, we like to cook and eat together (usually vegi/vegan). Most of the time, this happens spontaneously, or we ask briefly who's there. Besides that, we like to play board games, solve puzzles, or do something together from time to time. We like to have fun and appreciate the time we spend together, but of course, we also have our own hobbies and commitments.
