Hello everyone!
I'm Johann, 33 years old, working in the technical field (office) and studying design on the side. In my free time, I enjoy cycling, swimming, and working with CAD, 3D printing, and art.
Although the apartment has three bedrooms, I'm consciously only renting one out for more peace, space, and privacy for the two of us.
I'm rather quiet, open, and uncomplicated. I value a friendly, relaxed living situation - not just a functional shared apartment, but with enough free space for each person.
The apartment
The beautiful 4.5-room apartment offers three bedrooms, a huge living room, two bathrooms, a large balcony, and ample storage space.
The bedrooms are rather small, but the common areas are all the more generous.
The room is still unfurnished. If needed, I'd be happy to help find affordable and well-maintained second-hand furniture.
Location & public transportation
Bern train station can be reached by bus in about 13 minutes. During peak hours, the bus runs approximately every 5 minutes.
Who I'm looking for
A friendly, reliable, and uncomplicated person who values cleanliness, mutual respect, and a pleasant living situation.
No chain smokers and no pets, please.
I speak German and English.
