We are looking for a subtenant for our beautiful 2.5-room apartment in Zürich-Witikon. The apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest, very quiet and yet well connected. It is modern and stylishly furnished. We moved in as first tenants in June 2026, when the new building was completed. Everything is therefore in excellent condition. Features:

Regarding the procedure: Our rental agreement has a minimum term of one year until June 2027.
