From February 2027, a room in our cozy 3-person shared apartment in a detached single-family home in Wil will be available.
Your room:
The room is approximately 12.95 m² (3.7 × 3.7 m), bright and facing west. This way, you can enjoy the sun, especially in the afternoon and evening.
A wardrobe is already available.
The room will be preferably furnished. Taking over the existing furniture is therefore desired.
By bike, you can reach the Wil train station in about 7 minutes.
House & shared apartment:
The highlight is definitely the surroundings: We live in a detached single-family home with a lot of space, our own garden, and a covered terrace.
We are working professionals and like to keep our home tidy, but we don't want to be just a functional shared apartment. Cooking together, watching a movie, having a drink, or sitting together in the garden is just as important to us.
We are looking for someone who is open, honest, reliable, and sociable and wants to be part of our shared apartment life. If you also contribute to garden maintenance from time to time, we would be happy.
The shared apartment is a non-smoking shared apartment.
