A long-time companion of our 3-person shared apartment is moving on, and we (a 60-year-old woman, a 40+ year-old man, and two cats) are now looking for a new tenant for the room. Our basic attitude is "live and let live". With us, you'll find peace, a cozy garden with a great view, and a pool table in the living room. What you won't find with us is TV. The cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet every 2 weeks is included in the price, as are all additional costs. The room has a bed frame (140cm wide), a closet (3 doors), and two shelves. Of course, you can also furnish the room yourself. Our house is not connected to public transportation (1km to the bus station), so you should be mobile. The room is also perfectly suitable for weekly boarders. Our cats don't get along with other cats, but they might get used to dogs since they grew up with one. We are open and sociable, but we also like to withdraw sometimes, and we're looking for someone who fits our lifestyle. If you're interested, we'd be happy to hear a few lines about yourself!
