We are a shared apartment of three people in the heart of district 1, directly next to the train station, and we are looking for a new female roommate (women only). Move-in date is December 1st or latest December 15th, 2026.
A requirement for taking over the room is the adoption of the wardrobe and the USM Haller desk.
The apartment: 4.5 rooms in a renovated old building with beautiful parquet flooring, balcony, private laundry room, spacious kitchen with SMEG refrigerator and modern bathroom.
Your room: 16 m², quietly located and partially furnished. Available for unlimited time or also as a weekly resident.
We: Sarah (25) works as a consultant, Yasmin (29) is a dentist. We both enjoy Pilates and like to chat together over a glass of wine. We appreciate a well-kept home and our privacy, but we also enjoy having an aperitif or a small dinner party.
You: are between 25 and 35 years old, employed or a student (not full-time home office), open, active, and communicative, and speak German or English.
