The room is large (3.70x4.53m), optionally furnished or unfurnished and bright. It also has two spacious built-in closets, which can save space. The floor is made of a pleasantly light laminate.
The kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, a small shared living and TV room, and a balcony are also available for shared use. The kitchen is fully equipped. Additional storage space is available in the basement and attic.
The public transportation station and shopping facilities are just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The Bern train station and the old town with its numerous shopping and entertainment options can be reached by tram in under 10 minutes.
The price includes all additional costs (including TV and internet). Electricity costs are excluded.

I AM LOOKING FOR:
I am looking for a subtenant from 1.12.2026 or by arrangement. A nice, rather quiet person who does not smoke. It's nice if you're not just looking for a functional shared apartment and we can do something together. I respect boundaries and respect your need for time to yourself. Furthermore, cleanliness and order should be a matter of course for you.

I AM:
I am a rather quiet, nice person, but I also appreciate good conversations and social cohabitation. I like to spend time in nature and meet with my friends. I also like to stay at home and relax.
