From January 1st to 31st, we are looking for a new long-term roommate for our 3-person shared apartment in Bümpliz Süd. Our apartment is located on the 12th floor and is the top floor of the building (elevator available). Due to the height, we enjoy a wonderful view over the roofs of Bern and at the same time have hardly any problems with noise. It's also worth mentioning that we have a dishwasher;) The apartment has a very large living room with a fireplace and semi-open kitchen. Especially practical for a shared apartment: the toilet and bathroom are separate. Who are we? We are Alik and Florin, both students. Alik: Studies psychology in the master's program at the University of Bern, does a lot of sports, and works part-time in the gastronomy sector. Florin: Studies geography and geology in the final bachelor's year, also enjoys sports, and works in the water sports sector. Who are we looking for? We are a very well-functioning shared apartment and would like to find someone who fits in well with us. We wish for a young, open, and uncomplicated person who is sociable and likes to do things together from time to time. Whether it's joint sports, a series evening, or joint cooking - we're happy to join in. If you feel addressed and have a desire for relaxed, uncomplicated cohabitation, we look forward to hearing from you! The apartment is available from January 1st. The latest move-in date is January 31st. The rent is 808 CHF, including WLAN subscription.
