Since our third roommate is moving out, a room will become available in our place as of February 1st. Therefore, we are looking for someone who not only pays the rent on time but also fits in with our shared flat.

Who are we?

We are two professionally active guys around 30 and have been living here for 5 years. Originally, we both come from the same village, are down-to-earth, and like to keep things uncomplicated.

We share not only the apartment but also a large part of our circle of friends and regularly do something together. We gladly take new people into our circle. Whether it's an after-work beer, joint cooking and eating, cozy evenings on the terrace, or an occasional shared flat party, things are happening with us. Culinary-wise, we are rather of the classic type: good bourgeois food and simple.

Cleanliness and order are important to us. We are not cleaning fanatics, but we appreciate a well-kept home and expect everyone to contribute their part.

Our apartment

We live in a large, modern, and bright 5.5-room attic apartment in a central location in Schaffhausen. This includes a spacious, sun-facing terrace with a winter garden. In the underground garage, there is a parking space, and the elevator goes directly to the apartment. Own washing tower in the apartment. Small note about the pictures: Currently, the terrace is being renovated, which is why the terrace is empty and the apartment is a bit cluttered.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an open-minded, independent, and uncomplicated person who has both feet on the ground, brings some initiative, and has a healthy sense of humor.

Respectful interaction, reliability, and order are important to us. Drugs and smoking, on the other hand, do not fit into our shared flat life.

Whether man or woman plays no role for us, as long as the chemistry is right.
