I am a retreat for all those who appreciate peace, nature, and a cozy home.

A little away from the hustle and bustle, nestled in the rural surroundings of Ober Tützenberg near Schmitten, I am located in an annex of a former farm. Here, surrounded by forests, meadows, and a beautiful view, you can enjoy life away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

On approximately 93 m² of living space, spread over two floors, I offer plenty of space to feel comfortable. My open kitchen, living, and dining area forms the heart of my home. Two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom complement my room offer.

Particularly beautiful are my two outdoor areas. On the terrace in front of the house, you can spend cozy grill evenings and sunny hours. On warm summer days, the small, shady garden spot on my backside offers a pleasant retreat.

Those who like to go for walks, enjoy nature, or simply want to unwind after a long day of work will feel particularly comfortable here.

I am not a home in the midst of activity, but rather a place for people who appreciate country life and its advantages.

Separate meters are available for electricity and water. The billing is done directly according to individual consumption. The TV connection is also billed separately. No monthly ancillary cost advances are charged.

Dogs are not allowed with me. Cats are welcome after consultation.

I am available for occupancy immediately or by arrangement.
