Since I'm going to Australia with my boyfriend for a year with a Working-Holiday-Visum, I'm subletting my furnished room from April 2027 to April 2028. We're looking for someone who can stay for the entire period.

Your room
The room is 17.2 m² in size and equipped with the following furniture:

• Three dressers
• A wardrobe with clothes hangers
• A makeup/desk with chair
• A bed (140 x 200 cm), including a mattress if needed

The monthly rent is CHF 900. Electricity, heating costs, and other expenses are shared fairly among the tenants.

The apartment
The beautiful old building apartment was freshly renovated before our move-in in 2024. We were the first tenants after the renovation. The apartment is fully furnished, so you can move in directly and feel comfortable.

For shared use, you have:

• Living room: 28.1 m²
• Kitchen with dining area: 20.8 m²
• Bathroom: 6.6 m², with daylight, shower, sink, and toilet. This is shared with the remaining main tenant.
• Balcony: 5.1 m²

Washing machine and dryer are located directly in the apartment.

Shared apartment life
Svenja, a nice and uncomplicated roommate, remains in the apartment. She is a trained orthopedic technician, works in a 100% employment, is sporty, and likes to cook.

We wish for a relaxed cohabitation: Joint dinners or other activities are welcome, but not mandatory. If you prefer to be alone and are looking for an uncomplicated shared apartment, that's fine too.

Deposit
The rental deposit is CHF 900.
