The studio offers:
Your own kitchenette and private shower/WC
Furnished accommodation
Wi-Fi and all service charges included
A set of bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils included
Rent: CHF 1,250 per month
Security deposit: CHF 1,250, with a Swiss bank deposit, Firstcaution or Swisscaution accepted by the agency.
Rental conditions:
Minimum tenancy: 4 months
Notice period: 3 months, excluding December
Laundry charged separately: approximately CHF 2.503.80 per wash and dry cycle
One-off final cleaning fee: CHF 650, invoiced during the tenancy and covering cleaning after departure
