"Room in a brick house"

Attention! A room in a shared apartment is available at Malzstrasse 5. The beautiful Brauerquartier behind the Kantonsspital is exceptionally well located. In 5 minutes you can reach the train station or the old town by bike. On foot, you are in the forest in 5 minutes. Although it is close to everything, it is a very quiet neighborhood, and the house is located in a 20 km/h zone.

The shared apartment has 2 floors, ground floor and 1st floor (downstairs: 1 room, living room and niche with workspace, kitchen / upstairs: 3 rooms, bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub; there are also 2 additional toilets). It has a garden that can be shared. Your room is located on the upper floor and has a balcony. You have a view of the beautiful brick houses, which can be seen behind two large trees. Since it is at the back of the house, the room remains cool in summer, but warm in winter. Above your room, there is another apartment where 1 person lives. In general, it is an old building, so you should not mind if it is a bit noisy.

You will share the apartment with Jonas (33, German teacher), Pascale (37, childcare specialist), and Patrik (30, self-employed). It's best to get to know us during a viewing on site, as you can see if we get along.

The ideal move-in date is December 1st or by arrangement.
