We are looking for a new roommate for our 4-room apartment at Eigerplatz
We are: Osi (cook, 23), Tali (medical student, 20), and Nino (carpentry apprentice, 21). With our new roommate, we wish for a relaxed and fun interaction. There should always be space to invite people over, while we respect the needs of the others. We like to cook together, hang out on the balcony, or watch a movie on the screen on our couch. And most importantly: We are not a utility apartment
Move-in:
Limited: Our rental contract is limited until December 2028 (2 years)
Living space: 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, 2 balconies, on the 4th floor, with elevator. Your room would be on the lower floor. (approx. 15 m²)
Location: Central (at Eigerplatz) 3 minutes on foot to tram/bus station 7 minutes by public transport to Bern train station 5 minutes on foot to Migros and Coop
Costs: 583.- per month Rent deposit: 1'650
