Description
The room is approximately 19m2 in size, with a wonderful old parquet floor, high ceilings with stucco and a built-in wardrobe. The 4-room apartment with old-building charm is spacious and has a living room and a balcony. The location is unbeatable, everything you need can be found in the immediate vicinity.
We are looking for:
A friendly, sociable and tidy person who fits in with us and takes over the main rental contract of the moving-out roommate.
About us:
We are Maxi (27, law student) and Nils (27, engineer). We are open, uncomplicated and like things tidy. We enjoy a spontaneous joint dinner or drinks, but also appreciate having space for ourselves. We spend our free time with friends, are sporty and culturally interested, like to be outdoors or explore a new city on a weekend trip.
We look forward to hearing from you!
