"Rent a room in a shared flat in Winterthur"

As of 01.01.2027, our large room with its own dressing room and approximately 30m² will become available in our cozy 4-person shared flat.

Due to our current flatmate situation, we are looking for a woman.

Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Winterthur's old town: 20 steps to the nearest grocery store, 40 steps to a (very) good coffee, 90 steps to the bus stop, and 120 steps to the Steibi-Bar with plenty of sunshine.

The 6.5-room apartment spans three floors above a shop. On the top floor, you'll find a large kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room, and a great terrace overlooking the quiet inner courtyard. Each floor has its own bathroom. Additionally, there's a spacious attic, a washing machine, and a dryer.

We're an uncomplicated group of flatmates in our early 30s (m, m, f), working professionals who enjoy traveling. At the same time, we like to spend the occasional evening together at the kitchen table, sipping a glass of white wine. We'd like to maintain this mix and are therefore looking for a new flatmate who fits in well with us.
