We are, I Sandra 60, and my quiet 20-year-old son, and we live in this old, small, and idyllic house on the edge of the forest of the city of Zurich. One minute to the SZU station and then only 9 minutes by train (S10) to the main station, where all the shops are located.

Down at Triemliplatz, various trams and buses run in all directions. (9, 14, 33, and various post buses from the city)

We rent a partially furnished or unfurnished room of about 14m2 on the top floor (3rd floor) with a view of the entire city. One floor below, you have a kitchen of about 14m2 with the same view as the room, as well as a toilet all to yourself.

There is also a small attic space of about 4m2 for you.

I would describe the living situation as a house community, but not a shared apartment (-:

The large laundry room with bathroom is located on the ground floor, which we all use. There is also an entrance to the house there. The official entrance is to the right of the house, one floor higher than the bathroom. Next to the bathroom/laundry room, there is a small room that I rent to airbnb guests, as well as a basement and vestibule.

In our romantic and wild garden, you are welcome to linger.

Price 1050.-- and 70.-- additional costs. We are looking for a quiet, possibly single, uncomplicated, and relaxed person. One condition is that you must be UNVACCINATED (against Corona), we are too (-:
