Hello everyone! As I have to leave Switzerland, I'm looking for someone to replace me in the beautiful shared accommodation located near Miséricorde. The location is ideal, as it is just next to the Miséricorde university campus, very close to the city center and the train station.
Here's what you get:
1. A fully furnished room, equipped with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, sofa, desk, and chair.
2. The house has a well-equipped kitchen (with oven and dishwasher), a large living room giving access to a large terrace, a large bathroom (equipped with washing machine and dryer) as well as two separate toilets.
3. You will share the entire house with 3 other housemates, all of whom are university students on the Miséricorde campus.
The rent is 640 CHF, plus 125 CHF in charges that cover everything (electricity, heating, WiFi, etc.). The total amount to be paid is therefore 805 CHF.
