Since we are leaving Bern, we have to give up our beautiful, super connected apartment in Könizstrasse. We particularly liked the apartment because of the spacious balcony in the green and the modern eat-in kitchen. As the apartment was freshly renovated in the summer of 2025, a modern living feel is created immediately. The living room and bedroom have oak parquet flooring, while the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom have robust ceramic tiles. In the summer, you can grill on the balcony or relax on the lawn behind the house. Furthermore, you can reach Loryplatz in 3 minutes, from where you can easily get to the city center by public transport (tram 7 and 8). There are two VOI and a Denner right around the corner, as well as a hairdresser, pharmacy, and various other shops.
Parking (blue zone) is problem-free.
The apartment also includes a basement compartment. The shared laundry room has two modern washing machines, a tumble dryer, and a room dryer, making it easy to arrange a time slot for washing and spontaneous laundry possible.
Communication with the landlord is flawless.
