In our shared flat, a room will be available on January 1st and therefore we are looking for you. The apartment is directly next to Helvetiaplatz. You have 5 minutes to the train station and 2 minutes to Coop/Migros. It couldn't be more central.
About our shared flat: We are a 4-person shared flat and I (Julien) will be moving out. Currently, Nino, Kata, and Lea are in the shared flat and are looking for you.
Nino, 25, is studying social pedagogy in Lucerne and likes to do sports in his free time.
Lea, 24, is studying Information & Cyber Security in Lucerne. I like to hack and bake and am always up for a cozy movie night.
Kata, 24, completed her studies as an architect in Vienna a year ago and is now doing an internship here in Lucerne. I like to do sports, also hack, and enjoy exciting books.
We have a relaxed shared flat where everyone has their own life and can do and let do what they want. Nevertheless, we are not a functional shared flat. We also enjoy meeting up spontaneously and doing something together, like watching a movie or other spontaneous things.
It would be cool if you brought a certain sense of cleanliness with you. Additionally, good and adult communication is very important to us. Please write briefly in your request what your favorite dish is, so we know you've read the text ;))). It would be great if you could also take over the main rent.
We would be happy to invite you for a chat at our place and look forward to hearing from you.
