We would like to sublet our apartment in Zurich for the time of our stay abroad. The period would be from November 20th to around January 10th, but can still be slightly adjusted by agreement.

We have just moved into our new apartment in August and will be temporarily abroad during this time. Since our two cats (very lovely) are supposed to stay in the apartment and we want to spare them unnecessary stress due to a change of location, we are looking for a reliable person or a quiet couple who will live with us during our absence and at the same time take loving care of the two cats.

The apartment can be used completely. Only the dressing room/closet will be partially restricted, as we will store some of our personal belongings there. However, there is still enough space for your own belongings. Bed, furniture, and the entire remaining equipment are available.

A special highlight is our spacious terrace.

For the entire rental period of around seven weeks, we would charge a monthly rent.

It is particularly important to us to find someone who is reliable, quiet, clean, and responsible and handles both the apartment and our cats with care.
