The apartment is well connected to public transport. A bus stop is about 5 minutes' walk away. Buses run every half hour towards Rüti and Rapperswil train stations. The SBB runs every 15 minutes to Zurich or Rapperswil.

We are looking for uncomplicated tenants (also suitable for a 2-person shared apartment) from 01.11.2026 to 31.07.2027. We want everyone to feel comfortable in our house. Non-smokers are preferred. We like our home to be cozy, and it's okay if it looks lived-in. Nevertheless, we consider a certain level of cleanliness and order important.
We are Tanja and Markus Oswald, a married couple in retirement age, and we also like to have visitors sometimes. When the weather is nice, we like to spend time outside. Tenants are also welcome to join us.
