Es ist voll möbliert, hell, mit grossem Balkon mit Sofa, Bad mit Badewanne, einem Baum vor dem Fenster und Aussicht auf den Gurten, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Backofen (ohne Geschirrspülmaschine). Waschmaschine im Gebäude.
Wenn du Interesse hast, aber nicht für die ganze Zeit, melde dich trotzdem gern bei mir.
Ich freue mich, dich kennenzulernen.
Miete ohne Nebenkosten: 1'090 CHF / Monat
WIFI: 40.- / Monat
Die Höhe der Nebenkosten ist je nach Gebrauch.

As I'll be travelling, I'm looking for someone to sublet my studio apartment in Lorraine from December 2026 to April 2027.
The studio is fully furnished and bright, with a large balcony and sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub, a tree right outside the window, and a view of the Gurten. The kitchen is well equipped and includes an oven (but no dishwasher). Washing machine in the building.
If you're interested but don't need the apartment for the entire period, feel free to get in touch anyway!
