From February 1, 2027, a approx. 10m² large shared apartment room will be available in my apartment in Winterthur Grüze.

Your room

The room is rented furnished exclusively. The equipment includes a wardrobe, a desk and a sofa bed. The existing furniture remains in the room and must be taken over as room equipment. You don't have to buy them; the use is included in the rent.

The monthly rent is CHF 850 including ancillary costs, electricity, internet, Serafe and furniture.

About me

I am female, 33 years old and work in a kindergarten and study computer science on the side. My day usually starts with sports in the living room, then I learn a bit before I go to work. Once a week, I'm at home for a home office or study day.

In my free time, I like to meet friends, attend concerts or watch a football match. I also like to paint or read and make myself comfortable with a series. I'm a mix of quiet and sociable - I like the exchange, but I also need time for myself.

Our cohabitation

It's important to me that we both have our own space and can withdraw. At the same time, I wish for a friendly and uncomplicated shared apartment life, where we talk to each other, occasionally cook together or do something together - without obligation.

We share the cleaning of the commonly used rooms fairly. There is a cleaning schedule that we both participate in reliably.
