As I will be traveling for three months, I am renting out my cozy, well-maintained, and fully furnished 2.5-room apartment in Winterthur-Hegi for a limited sublet.

Rental period: 21 December 2026 - 24 March 2027
Rental price: CHF 1750 per month, including utilities and underground parking space

The apartment will be rented exclusively for the entire specified period. A shorter rental period or extension is not possible, as I will be moving back in afterwards.

The apartment has a total of 85 m2 and 3.5 rooms. A separate office (10.1 m2) will remain locked for personal belongings. The remaining closets will be cleared and made available.

The Hegi bus stop is approximately 3 minutes' walk away. Good connection to Winterthur and shopping facilities nearby.
