IMPORTANT Conditions for the transfer of documents

We are looking exclusively for serious and solvent applicants with a stable financial situation.

In order to be able to forward the applications to the administration quickly, please prepare the following documents for your visit:

* Copy of an identity document or passport or residence permit
* The last 3 pay slips
* A recent extract from the debt collection register, which confirms that there are no open claims

The documents can be submitted in paper or electronic form.

The household income must be sufficient to meet the solvency criterion, ideally the rent should not exceed one-third of the monthly income.

If you like the apartment, your dossier can be picked up directly after the viewing, so that we can forward it to the administration as soon as possible.

We must submit the complete documents to the administration before the end of November. People who already have all the documents are therefore particularly welcome !

We are leaving this apartment because we are looking for a larger accommodation for our family. We have lived here since November 2023 and have always taken good care of it.
