It's the most beautiful room in the house and offers an unobstructed view over the plain to the Bernese Alps (Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau etc.).
The house is located on a hill, directly on the edge of the forest. It is well connected to public transport and has a large communal garden with cherries, plums, figs, chestnuts, and raspberries in the summer.
Jogging trail with forest floor directly in front of the house door. Also suitable for beautiful evening walks.
The shared apartment has a large bathroom (with bathtub and shower), a kitchen, a large, open living and dining area, as well as an entrance area and a storage room with washing machine and storage. Heating is with oil, but there is also a large clay oven in the living room for a wood fire atmosphere in winter.
Additional storage space is available in a garden house next door. The apartment is quiet and directly in nature, but also quickly connected to the city by public transport or bike.
The room is approximately 20 m² in size, has two bright, south-facing windows and a beautiful parquet floor. It is furnished with a large built-in wardrobe, a desk and a large double bed.
I love the view from the bed to the mountains! Really unique.
Dominique and Sebastian (29 and 35 years old) also live here, as well as a cat.
Dominique works in the field of communication and spends half of the week in the Bernese Oberland, where she also has an apartment. Sebastian works as a geographer.
The cohabitation is respectful and uncomplicated, and a joint dinner is also possible from time to time. Since a cleaning person is also included in the utility costs, you don't have to clean the community areas and the cohabitation is rather uncomplicated/individual.
