I am renting out a beautiful large room in my apartment in Zurich Seebach, available immediately.

The room has its own door to the large rooftop terrace and a private large bathroom with shower and large bathtub.
The room is furnished for rent, as seen in the photos, with a large 180x200m bed, desk, leather designer office chair, desk and 2 displays, perfect for working from home.

Currently, 2 women live in the shared apartment, each renting their own room, and they are very sympathetic.

I would like to use the room myself every other weekend, or sometimes only every third weekend, as I have 2 children who I see on these days. I currently work in London and fly to Zurich on some weekends.
I have had this arrangement with the previous subtenant, which has worked well so far.
There is also the possibility of sleeping on the upper floor, under the roof. A staircase leads to this upper floor.
This arrangement is flexible and can be discussed.

This arrangement works on a trust basis.

The apartment has a lift that goes directly into the apartment.
Washing machine and dryer are directly in the apartment.
