Hey together, in our beautiful three-person shared apartment in the Länggass quarter, two rooms will become available at the beginning of December!

The first room is approximately 11 square meters in size and has access to the balcony as well as its own bathroom with a bathtub and toilet (rent including utilities CHF 1,100).
The second room is located on the quieter side of the house and is approximately 13 square meters in size. (Rent including utilities CHF 925) This room shares a bathroom with a shower and toilet with the third room (already occupied).

The apartment has a large, bright living room with a fireplace, access to the balcony, and a bookshelf with plenty of free space, as well as plenty of storage space thanks to built-in closets. We have a fine kitchen with everything you need for quick or more elaborate meals and a beautiful, planted balcony with a view of the Gurten.

Additionally, there is a basement compartment and a bike storage space in front of the house and in the underground garage. A parking space in the underground garage for a car could also be rented after agreement with the landlord.
We use the communal washing machine in the basement, for which you can simply sign up in a calendar. There is also a dryer and a drying room.

The location of the shared apartment is super practical: on foot, it takes about 8-10 minutes to the train station (you can make it in 4 minutes if you need to ;)) and the city center, all shopping opportunities, and the university are not far away either.

In addition to her work, Stefanie likes to try out new recipes, is regularly at sports or planning her next trip. Generally, she is quite often on the go, but when she is at home, she appreciates the uncomplicated exchange with her roommates very much. At home, she likes it tidy and clean, but she doesn't have a cleaning obsession and doesn't expect exaggerated perfection.

About you:
Ideally, you are about the same age and maybe already have shared apartment experience.

What's important to me is that you have the desire to actively participate in a shared apartment life. Even if I'm working, I don't want a purely functional shared apartment and like to cook or do something with my roommates from time to time. Of course, friends or partners are also always welcome in the shared apartment.

It's important to me that everyone feels at home and has both community and free space.
