We are a 2-person shared apartment (25 and 26 years old) at Kapellenstrasse 10, 3011 Bern, and we are looking for a new roommate for our free room.
Whether you're a student or working in Bern, it doesn't matter to us. The most important thing is that we get along.
The room is available immediately and ready for occupancy. We are therefore looking for someone who can move in as soon as possible.
The Room
Your room is 10.8 m² in size (4.50 × 2.40 m), is located on the 2nd floor, and is available without a fixed term. The kitchen and bathroom are already fully equipped. So you only need to furnish your own room, and you're ready to move in with us. The room is being sublet.
The Apartment
CHF 850 per month, including ancillary costs account.
