We are a practical co-living space of 4 non-smoking people in a 5-room apartment on the 3rd floor of a small building in a quiet corner of the Beaumont neighborhood.
The building is very well located, just a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, the hospital (HFR), the university, and several major shopping centers, and yet without any through traffic. A large park is located just behind the building to rest and get some fresh air. Bus lines 5 and 9 serve the neighborhood.
We share:
- bathroom,
- toilet,
- small, fully equipped kitchen,
- dining area with table and 4 chairs
- access to a small balcony on weekends.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the building's laundry room.
The financial contribution is to be paid before the beginning of each month. It includes rent, utilities, electricity, internet connection, washing machine, trash bags, cleaning products, and PQ. We also share salt, spices, vinegar, and oil.
The start and end dates of the contract can be negotiated as needed.
A deposit of 1114 CHF will be required to confirm the reservation. It can be recovered after leaving the room in good condition.
