During our trip to Southeast Asia, we are looking for subtenants for our 3-room apartment on the 3rd floor at Eigerstrasse from February 1st to June 30th, 2027.
The apartment has a bright, cozy living room with a dining area and open kitchen, and two bedrooms. One room is used as a bedroom, the other as a dressing room and office. The bathroom is equipped with a window, bathtub, built-in cabinets, and a washing machine/tumble dryer (2 in 1). There is also a small, very narrow balcony.
The apartment can be reached by stairs or with an elevator. The bus and tram stops Eigerplatz or Sulgenau are 2-4 minutes' walk away. Connections to Bern are available every 3 minutes.
Currently, a cat lives in the apartment. It will stay with friends during the sublet. Pets are not desired and would need to be discussed with us or the administration.
The apartment will be sublet furnished. The exact equipment can be discussed during the viewing.
The sublet price already includes ancillary costs, including internet and TV.
