I am renting out my 2.5-room apartment in the new Lindenpark building in Kloten because I am moving abroad for work. After discussing with the administration, there is an option to take over the apartment with your own rental contract.

Just a few minutes' walk from Kloten train station. Zurich main station and the airport are easily accessible. Shopping facilities are available directly nearby.
Furniture
The apartment can be handed over fully furnished: sofa, dining table with bar stools, TV, double bed, nightstands, desk, and kitchen equipment. You can move in with your suitcase. Alternatively, I can hand it over unfurnished. The furniture can also be bought in whole or in part, the price is negotiable.
