Hello everyone,
from December or by arrangement, a beautiful large room will be available: approximately 16 m². The apartment is located in Tannenweg, directly on Länggasse. Super central and well connected. There is a communal area next to the kitchen, a nice balcony, and a large bathtub. Additionally, there is an attic and a basement, as well as a bike storage room and a communal laundry room.

I am Valle (m, 34) and have been living in Bern since February 2025. Also living here is Rebekka (f, 29), a speech therapist, since summer 2025.

We enjoy chatting together occasionally, having a coffee or cooking, but we also value our free time and privacy.
I work from approximately 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. In my free time, I like to ride my bike, make music, or go out in the evenings. The shared apartment is non-smoking and pet-free (but I'm not against it :)

Regarding the rent: We are looking for someone who is willing to take over the main tenancy agreement when they move in. Since my roommate and I plan to move out next year, it would be great if you could imagine continuing to rent the apartment long-term.
