In a well-maintained and quiet residential area, in the midst of a residential quarter, we offer attractive senior apartments that are specially tailored to the needs of the best years of life.

From now on, we are renting an attractive apartment on the ground floor with a spacious terrace. The apartment has its own kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a terrace that invites you to linger. Modern connections for telephone, internet, and television are of course available. A private basement compartment also belongs to the apartment and offers additional storage space. All rooms are easily accessible and barrier-free with the elevator. A special plus is the shared use of the diverse community rooms: an inviting living room with a spacious kitchen, a hobby cellar with a fitness area, or the beautifully maintained garden with the sunny terrace are open to all residents. Our local contact person knows the surroundings of Montessalet best and helps quickly and uncomplicatedly if small services are needed.

Nevertheless, you live here independently and yet in an environment that combines security, comfort, and community.
