Due to a temporary stay outside Zurich, we are looking for subtenants for our beautiful 3-room apartment in district 6. The apartment is suitable for singles or a couple.
Timeframe
01.01.2027 - 30.01.2027 (1 month).
Move-in also possible a few days earlier, e.g. on 28.12.2026.
Furnishing
The equipment includes our personal, selected furniture pieces and is rented with sofas, tables, chairs, lamps, cabinets, curtains, carpets, bed, mattress, balcony furniture and more. Of course, the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, steamer, washing machine and dryer will also remain in the apartment.
On some photos, our cat can be seen. This will NOT be in the apartment. Also, there will be no trace of their hair or similar, so it should be suitable for cat hair allergists as well. The household is a strict non-smoking household.
Basement
The apartment has a private, dry basement compartment.
Parking
In addition to the parking spaces in the blue zone, a private parking space in the inner courtyard can be rented from the property management if needed.
Environment
The apartment is located in district 6 on the Zürichberg. 15-minute walk to the main station, 10-minute walk to the Strandbad Letten on the Limmat, various supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. within 5 minutes reachable, good connection with bus & tram, direct tram connection to the airport.
