Description
I'm looking for a tenant to take over my cozy room (11 m²) in a popular neighborhood. As a weekly commuter, I used the room during the week and now have to leave it due to professional circumstances.
The room is rented unfurnished and is part of a 3.5-room apartment with a large living room and balcony, which can be shared. There is also a functional kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower/bathtub. In the attic and basement, there is a storage room available.
In the laundry room, there are two washing machines, a dryer, a large drying room, and enough space to store a bike. Additionally, there are storage facilities for bicycles, mopeds, and scooters in front of the house. For cleanliness and order in the shared apartment, we have a cleaning and chore schedule.
Note for allergies: Since a cat lived with us until recently, it's best if you don't have a pet hair allergy.
You'll be sharing the 2-person apartment with a female roommate. During the week, the apartment is very quiet since your roommate is away.
The Ostring, Rosengarten, Thunplatz, and Bärenpark are all nearby.
