I'm looking for a lovely, open, and uncomplicated roommate to share my cozy 3-room apartment in Neuhausen!

About the apartment

The apartment is super sweet and cozy, with large windows, a small balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room. We would share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room.
The room, which is currently set up as a study or dressing room in the photos, would be your own realm. The other bedroom belongs to me. So, we would be a cozy 2-person shared apartment.
I'd also be delighted if you brought your own furniture, decor, or design ideas! We can design the apartment together and make it our home.

Rent & Location

• Rent: CHF 750 per month, including utilities, electricity, water, heating, and WiFi
• Move-in: Immediately or flexible by arrangement
• Location: Very close to Neuhausen train station, super convenient for commuting to Zurich or Schaffhausen
• Additional: A basement compartment provides space for additional items

A bit about me

I'm 22 years old and study at the University of Education. In addition to my studies, I work in the construction administration of a construction company.
I'm an open, warm, and uncomplicated person, and I wish for a roommate with whom I can get along well, laugh, and also sit together comfortably.

How I imagine our shared apartment life

I don't want a purely functional shared apartment, but a beautiful home where we both feel comfortable. Of course, each of us should have our own free space and be able to withdraw if needed. At the same time, I think it would be nice if we occasionally cook together, chat, sit on the balcony, or simply do something spontaneous together.

It's particularly important to me that we keep things clean, respectful, and open with each other. I wish for someone who, like me, values order and thinks independently in the household.
I don't necessarily need a strict schedule. I'd much rather have us divide tasks fairly, communicate with each other, and support each other. If one of us is under a lot of stress at work or in our studies, the other can take on a bit more and vice versa, of course.

Partners, girlfriends, and friends are welcome in our home! I think a home should be filled with life. What's important to me is that we consider each other and arrange things in advance.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are unfortunately not allowed (even though I'm a huge animal fan myself ).
