We are looking for a new roommate as of December 1st, 2026, for our cozy shared apartment in a charming, well-maintained old building near Eigerplatz. We live across three floors, with the ground floor, featuring the living room and kitchen, being the heart of the house. Your room is on the first floor, approximately 10m2 in size, and you will share the bathroom with two other roommates.

Our home is quietly located, with all essential amenities (shopping, public transport, 2 gelaterias, etc.) within a few minutes' walking distance. In addition to the ground floor, we share a small but fine garden with various seating areas, a vegetable subscription (and overall veggie shopping), and we don't have a cleaning schedule, but instead rely on mutual care for our cozy home.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a lively yet quiet shared apartment. We value a warm, communal living experience. We're happy when our paths cross casually or occasionally planned within the apartment. We practice open, direct communication and wish for a roommate with a similar sense of order.
