We are renting out our 3.5-room crossing apartment near Ours metro in Lausanne starting from December 1st.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator in a building on Rue du Bugnon and consists of:
* 2 bedrooms (one facing East onto the courtyard and the other facing West onto the street with access to the balcony)
* A separate kitchen giving onto a small East-facing balcony with a view of the Alps.
* A living room giving onto the West-facing balcony.
* A bathroom with toilet and bathtub
* 2 balconies.
* A small cellar accessible by elevator.
The East-facing bedroom as well as the living room have wall storage units 45 cm deep. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher that can be taken over for CHF 100.-.
The laundry room is without planning and has a space for hanging laundry. Additionally, it is possible to rent a parking space in the building's covered parking garage for CHF 250.-/month or a non-covered parking space (rent to be agreed upon with the administration).
The rent is CHF 2100.- including charges (collective heating + water). Electricity costs are approximately CHF 30.-/month extra.
Some furniture can also be taken over: the high table, shelves, and high chair in the kitchen, the recycling bins under the sink, and the Ikea storage unit found in the East bedroom's wall storage unit, all for CHF 100.-
If you are interested, it is also possible to take over some of the apartment's large plants.
