A family-friendly chalet for those who love nature and the time that stands still.

We are renting our furnished chalet for the year 2027 (duration to be discussed, 1 year and for the moment max 1 year and a half).

Built in 1940 and nestled in a large garden, this weekend chalet offers a magnificent view of the Alps and the lake. Only one neighbor all year round: the calm is total, in every season. Possibility of making a fire in the garden.

Over the seasons

• Autumn: the sea of fog at your feet

• Winter: snowshoeing from the door

• Spring and summer: walks in the meadows and forests

• Charges, electricity, pellets, and internet included in the rent

• Pellet stove heating

• Autonomous water supply (rainwater tank)

Access The path is cleared in winter by the local farmer. However, access can still be sporty during cold winters: a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Alternatively, good winter tires are essential, and you must have snow chains in the trunk, just in case.

This is not an apartment or a classic house: it's a chalet, and you need to take care of it.

• In winter, plan for about one bag of pellets per day to put in the stove.

• Rainwater is a limited resource: you need to save it (no 20-minute showers!).

• Clearing the parking space and the surroundings of the chalet is your responsibility, as well as mowing the lawn in summer.

• Access in winter requires a bit of organization and equipment.

This is a true gem, reserved for a person or a couple who wants to live in harmony with nature and take care of the places.
